This was my first visit to Dentists at Big bend. The entire staff was very welcoming. Dr Kim took very good care of me. He made sure I understood everything that was going on and he came to check on me several times throughout my 3 hours there. I felt that the staff members that I worked with like Amber and all the others were perfectionist made sure that everything was done right. I found my new dental office.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Kim, Giselle, Amber, Josephine and Gabe the office manager. I haven't been to the dentist in years, and everyone was very kind and understanding of my situation. They explained what they were going to do for my treatment in a way I could understand, and in a way that shows they care about me as a person not just another patient.
