Let me tell y’all… the attention to detail at this office is UNMATCHED. I called to get a same day appointment for a tooth ache and they accommodated my schedule to get me out of pain with same day crowns with zero down time. When you get to the offices, you’re greeted by Gabe, the office manager who’s so personable and made me so comfortable during my first visit with the practice. I’m naturally very fearful of the dentist, so this first impression was very important to me. The dental assistants were also so sweet to me and made sure I was informed through every step of the way. Dr. Kim is the real star of the show, though. The way he spoke to me made it feel like I’d known him forever and the whole visit was so human. I didn’t feel like a patient or like I had dollar signs on my head, I felt like family. I booked my full exam to come back and become established and I can confidently say I’ll be a PATIENT FOR LIFE. Thank you guys so much :)

I had a great experience at Big Bend Dentists. The facility is truly state-of-the-art, and everything felt modern, clean, and well-organized from the moment I walked in. My appointment started right on time, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. Dr. Kim was great. He took the time to walk me through my X-rays, clearly explained what he was seeing, and provided treatment recommendations without any pressure. As a new patient, I also received a couple of complimentary services, which was a nice added touch. The checkout process was smooth and seamless, and they handled insurance efficiently. Overall, a very professional and positive experience. I’d definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for high-quality dental care.
