Giselle is the best hygienist I’ve had in a while. She is very personable, kind, informative, and understanding. I went in for a cleaning and she was very gentle! Looking forward to my next visit!

Can’t say enough good things about my experience here. The facility is new and modern, and the staff are amazing. I hadn’t been to dentist in more years than I care to admit, so I was nervous about my oral health and the costs years of neglect would incur. But right away the staff made me feel so welcome, and were all caring and understanding. Dr. Kim explained everything he was doing and why, clarified what my challenges were, and quickly put together a plan to address all of them. When I expressed concern over costs, Josephine sat down with me and went over what each step of the plan would cost, and what payment options and methods were available. She was empathetic and encouraging, and her help dispelled the worst of my worries. Giselle did my deep cleaning and was so fast and efficient. Everyone I interacted with at this office had great energy was so welcoming and encouraging and positive! After years without a dentist visit I was so nervous and worried, but my experience at Dentists at Big Bend could not have been better! A huge thank you to everyone there!
