I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Kim, Giselle, Amber, Josephine and Gabe the office manager. I haven't been to the dentist in years, and everyone was very kind and understanding of my situation. They explained what they were going to do for my treatment in a way I could understand, and in a way that shows they care about me as a person not just another patient. I'm very grateful to have chosen Dentist at Big Bend to be my dentist. Thank you so much, your all amazing.
All the staff is super nice and welcoming. No unnecessary time wasting. Giselle did my deep cleaning and it went by very well she is super nice and made it go by fast
