Amazing local dentist office, from the front desk to the dentists!! The environment is welcoming and the staff is very courteous. The Dental hygienist and Dr. Monica are among the best I’ve encountered. They ensure you are comfortable, spends time to educate, thorough in their approach and values feedback.

I just want to share how truly grateful I am for Dentists at Big Bend. From the second my son and I walked in, we felt welcomed like family. As a parent, you always worry about how your child will feel at the dentist, but the team here went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable, through whole visit. They were patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made both of us feel at ease. I could see how much they genuinely cared — not just about our teeth, but about us. The Dr. nor staff never rushed, listened carefully, and treated my son with such gentle care that it turned what could have been a scary experience into a really positive one. Walking out, my son told me he actually liked going to the dentist — and that alone speaks volumes. The office is beautiful and modern, but what makes this place truly special is the heart of the people who work here. I’m so thankful we found Dentists at Big Bend. They don’t just fix smiles — they create them.

I had an excellent experience at Dentists at Big Bend. From check in with Jaylen, to being prepped by Amber, cleaned by Giselle, and treated by Dr. Monica, every step of my visit was handled with care. The entire team took the time to explain each part of the process and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. I highly recommend this office and won’t be going anywhere else for my dental care!
