The office was very clean. The front desk staff appear a little on the young side, but they possess the professionalism and knowledge that made me feel comfortable. The hygienist (Giselle Roman Bu) was patient and attentive. My attending dentist (Sol Kim) was straight to the point, a very serious man, but I respected the no nonsense feel. He provided the suggested procedures and informed me of the benefits of each recommendation. He did not push too hard for the procedures I opted out of, while doing his due diligence by conveying the risks. The billing representative was very transparent about the upfront cost, which I appreciated because it showed honesty and transparency. Overall, this location reflects a member-focused approach. A little on the pricer side, but you truly get what you pay for. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience here. I ended up going in for a second opinion after another dentist recommended a root canal. They gave me X-rays and an exam for free and after confirming that I did in fact need the root canal, they were able to offer me far better pricing and even a financing option. They were able to get me in very quickly and with the advanced technology that they have in office, I was able to complete root canal and permanent crown placement all in the same day! The staff was incredibly friendly and understanding of my nerves and anxiety. I will be going back for all future dental care!
